I have been an independent voluntary employee benefits specialist representing Aflac for the past eight years. I now have a mature book of business that requires a lot of servicing with regard to claims processing, billing, etc. I need an administrative assistant who has the skills to continue my high level of commitment to servicing my existing accounts and who will be with me for the long run.
Lately I have been finding that I have been sacrificing my ability to continue to build my book of business because of the amount of time I spend in servicing and maintaining my existing accounts. I want to delegate many of these administrative responsibilities to an administrative assistant who shares my commitment to service and follow up.
