About the position This position is part-time with a maximum of 18 hours per week and typically a work schedule of 10 am to 2 pm from Monday to Thursday, and the ability to work remotely. This is an ideal position for candidates who are looking for a resume-building and hands-on experience but can’t commit to working on a full-time basis. Keys to success in the Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will include: *Relationship building: Ability to maintain strong working relationships with our clients and remote team members to ensure successful execution of our social media campaigns. * Social media experience: Expertise on various social media platforms and their utilities such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube. *Capability to manage social media posting schedules and marketing campaigns across client’s social media accounts. *Communication skills: Apply clear communication skills to interpret client's expectations to team members. *Organization skills: Possess superb organization skills to manage clients’ accounts, posting schedules, their expectations and to-do’s. *Project management skills: Experience in project management with a diverse team of creative, technical and marketing staff, including managing time and budget versus clients’ expectations. Required Qualifications: *Strong digital marketing technical knowledge. *Attention to detail. *Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. *Ability to work in a deadline-driven production environment to complete all daily tasks to meet business needs. *Must be self-motivated. *Ability to work independently remotely with a can-do attitude. *Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. *Proactive, confident, organized, with the ability and desire to motivate and drive growth. *Bachelors in Marketing or Business Management, PR, or equivalent in work experience. Required experience: *Managing multiple social media platforms using automation tools. *Social media ad campaigns. *Project management experience. *General computer skills such as knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and G Suite. *Graphics and website design experience are desired.
