The Lexington Center Alliance, Lexington Council for the Arts, Lexington Arts and Crafts Society,  
Lexington Open Studios and the Lexington Retailers Association have partnered  
to bring back the Lexington Center Art Walk. Organizers have worked to help enliven Lexington’s downtown with art. This art walk gives residents a chance to see some great work by local artists in a way that provides both convenient hours and locations. In keeping with the shop local - shop small philosophy, artwork will also be for sale for early holiday shoppers.  
 
The work of local artists will be displayed inside banks, real estate firms and other venues throughout in the town center from November 10-28th. Maps will be available throughout this period at the library and town retail establishments and on line at: blog.artslexington.org/events/current-events/ for attendees to identify all participating locations.  
 
Gallery Night: November 13th, 5pm to 9pm. Select venues will be open late with artists on hand to discuss their works, with light refreshments served. In addition, stores in town will be open for pre-holiday shopping. Additional merchants will also have seasonal window paintings created by Lexington High School Students. In addition visit the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society to view the artwork of high school students from Lexington, Bedford, Winchester, Burlington and Lexington Christian Academy in the 20th Annual High School Exhibit.
