We are a fast growing marketing firm seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Projects Coordinator to join our team with the following responsibilities. * Responsible for the communication and relationships with our clients. * Manage and interact with our clients to develop online and social media strategies or campaigns. * Oversee the project management, implementation, creative, performance and engagement of their social media campaigns. * Understand current market trends, competitive threats, product needs, and help enhance unique competitive advantage for each of our clients. * Maximize the creation of leads and sales for our clients using digital marketing tools. * Research on best practices in social media and recommend on how best to implement them in our business practices and for our clients. * Responsible for the overall performance, and success of the campaigns, which directly impact the client relationship and client retention. We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about doing high-quality work with the following experience: Required Qualifications: - Strong digital marketing technical knowledge. - Excellent prioritization skills. - Ability to work in a deadline-driven production environment to complete all daily tasks to meet business needs. - Must be self-motivated. - Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. - Proactive, confident, organized, with the ability and desire to motivate and drive growth. - Bachelors in Marketing or Business Management, PR, or equivalent in work experience.

About the position This position is part-time with a maximum of 18 hours per week and typically a work schedule of 10 am to 2 pm from Monday to Thursday, and the ability to work remotely. This is an ideal position for candidates who are looking for a resume-building and hands-on experience but can’t commit to working on a full-time basis. About You We are seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about doing high-quality work. Keys to success in the Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will include: *Relationship building: Ability to maintain strong working relationships with our clients and remote team members to ensure successful execution of our social media campaigns. * Social media experience: Expertise on various social media platforms and their utilities such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube. *Capability to manage social media posting schedules and marketing campaigns across client’s social media accounts. *Communication skills: Apply clear communication skills to interpret client's expectations to team members. *Organization skills: Possess superb organization skills to manage clients’ accounts, posting schedules, their expectations and to-do’s. *Project management skills: Experience in project management with a diverse team of creative, technical and marketing staff, including managing time and budget versus clients’ expectations. Required Qualifications: *Strong digital marketing technical knowledge. *Attention to detail. *Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. *Ability to work in a deadline-driven production environment to complete all daily tasks to meet business needs. *Must be self-motivated. *Ability to work independently remotely with a can-do attitude. *Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. *Proactive, confident, organized, with the ability and desire to motivate and drive growth. *Bachelors in Marketing or Business Management, PR, or equivalent in work experience. Required experience: *Managing multiple social media platforms using automation tools. *Social media ad campaigns. *Project management experience. *General computer skills such as knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and G Suite. *Graphics and website design experience are desired.

Compensation

  • Between $ 15.00 and 18.00 per hour.
  • Compensation for this job depends on experience.
