Bread Obsession is an up and coming artisan bread company, known for our high-quality baguettes, ryes, and sourdoughs.
This entry level position includes baking training: learn to prepare dough, shape and bake loaves and maintain sourdough starters. It is a chance for a self-starter to acquire marketable skills.
Must be energetic, hard-working, and committed to excellence. No prior bread baking experience needed, but kitchen skills a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lb. References required.
