The Prep Cook is responsible for the daily food preparation, hot line sauté, grilling, sandwich making, bakery and general food production. Lots of room for growth!
• 1-2 years of food preparation experience in food service, prior experience in a catering or food production environment is a plus
• Desire to be challenged and a commitment to never compromise on service standards
