The photography features images of trees, landscapes, and other subjects. The woodworking includes carved pieces, cabinetry and other furniture, and pieces turned on a lathe.

The reception features two speakers: woodworker Peter Bloch and photographer Darlyne Murawski.

Peter Bloch has been a full-time woodworker for nearly 40 years, and is now amongst the most respected and well-known woodturners in the country. Peter will speak about his technique for creating translucent lampshades on a lathe.

Darlyne Murawski is a nature photographer and writer. Since 1993, her articles and photographs have appeared in National Geographic Magazine and many international publications, children's magazines, and books. Darlyne will speak about nature photography.
