Do you know a girl who would like to try out a Girl Scout troop meeting?  
 
Lexington Girl Scouts and Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts will be hosting a sample troop meeting on Saturday, September 7th from 10:30-11:30am at the Lexington Community Center (Room 242).  
 
At this event, girls will get to experience an abbreviated troop meeting while parents/caregivers participate, as well. This sample meeting will be similar to a Daisy-level meeting for K & 1st grade girls, but girls interested in higher levels (such as Brownies or Juniors) are welcome to attend to learn more about Girl Scouts. The last 20 minutes will be spent with parents/caregivers to discuss the registration process, troop logistics, and volunteer opportunities. Two volunteers are needed to run all troops.  
 
Lexington Girl Scouts is home to many troops at all schools and levels-- Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors & Ambassadors. Troops are generally from a mix of schools. With just two volunteers, new troops can form at any time. Join now at: https://www.gsema.org/join
