Lexington Legacies: Learn How to Leave Your Mark on History

Lexington Legacies: Learn How to Leave Your Mark on History

Thu Jan 28th 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Our many generous donors help make Lexington Historical Society a vibrant, dynamic organization that serves both the local community, and visitors from around the world. Each year, donations from members and friends allow us to welcome scores of visitors into Buckman Tavern, the Hancock-Clarke House, and Munroe Tavern, and produce fifty programs a year.

Did you know that as a friend of the Historical Society, there are a number of ways that you can support us for years to come, with just a bit of pre-planning, at no cost to you now? Leaving a legacy gift through planned giving can take many forms, including bequests, beneficiary designations, and charitable trusts.

On January 28 at 5:00 PM, please join us for a free virtual evening of wine and information on how to join our new Legacy Circle. Led by Legacy Circle member David Wells, hear from an estate planner, along with members who have already set up planned giving arrangements, and explore the possibilities that are available to you.

This special event is limited to 20 households, and each will receive a bottle of wine or sparkling cider to enjoy at the event.
