Handel’s Messiah is one of the most beloved choral works. DCS performs Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Christmas version created in 1789 which assigned some choral parts to soloists and added flutes, clarinets and horns to the orchestra. The magnificent “Hallelujah Chorus” and “Worthy is the Lamb-Amen,” complete the piece. With four professional soloists, full orchestra and a ninety-voice chorus (plus two sing-along carols), this is
