There’s nothing more delicious than a fresh homemade tart, prepared with a butter crust and garnish with a lemon or chocolate filling!  
 
Emmanuelle will demonstrate how to make your own dough and prepare different flavorful fillings, i.e., lemon or chocolate.  
 
Baking the tart will be done on site and the participants will taste each tart or will bring back home a piece of tart.  
 

During this 2-hour demonstration class (this is not a cooking class), the participants are free to ask anything about: the ingredients; the utensils; some baking tricks and a lot more...Ages 15 and up.
