Beginning in November, join Center for Life Solutions for a six-week course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help learn ways to find inner peace and manage stress better. Based on the program developed by mindfulness pioneer Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, this class will teach you how to embrace your moment-to-moment life experiences and manage your daily stressors, and ultimately help you improve the quality of your day-to-day life.  
 
Lisa Eve Gold, the instructor, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and certified in MBSR. Her passion is to teach skills on finding inner peace. Using humor, she creates a safe and fun experience for everyone.
