Quinn Amsler, who was a rising fourth grader at Bridge Elementary School in Lexington, MA passed away from cancer on July 3rd at the age of 9. Proceeds from the 5k will be donated to the Quinn Amsler Memorial Fund at Lexington High School.  
 
The race will begin at 10 a.m. on Sept. 24 at Bridge, located at 55 Middleby Rd. off of Lincoln Street.  
 
Amsler also stared his own charity, where he collected toys for children. There will be "Quinn Bins" present at the race, and event-goers are asked to donate an unwrapped toy.  
 
Number pick-up is available at Bridge Elementary School at morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up on the following dates and times.  
 
Sept. 21: 8:30 to 9:15 a.m., 3 to 3:45 p.m.  
 
Race is on 9/24/16 at the Bridge School at 10AM
